I order:

1. Approve enclosed:

1.1. functions of the nurse at the level of primary health care (Appendix 1);

1.2. regulations on office of pre-medical acceptance in TsSM, TsOVP, GSV (Appendix 2);

1.3. list of equipment of bag of the nurse (Appendix 3).

2. To coordinators on health care of areas and the cities of Bishkek and Osh, heads of regional TsSM, city and district TsSM, TsOVP to be guided by this order MZ for strengthening of role of average health workers in the organizations of health care of primary health care.

3. Consider, No. 445 which voided the order MZ KR of 05.08.2014. "About creation of pre-medical office (office of noninfectious diseases) in the Centers of family medicine and the Centers of all-medical practice".

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister M. M. Karatayev.
