Approve the enclosed changes which are made to requirements to credit institution in which the money of the compensation fund created according to the Federal Law "About the Public Company on Protection of the Rights of Citizens — Participants of Shared-equity Construction in case of Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Builders and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 7, 2017 No. 1232 "About approval of requirements to credit institution in which money of the compensation fund created according to the Federal Law "About the Public Company on Protection of the Rights of Citizens — Participants of Shared-equity Construction in case of Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Builders and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" is considered (The Russian Federation Code is considered 2017, No. 42, Art. 6170).
