"1.1. In relation to this Provision the following terms mean:

competent authorities – the state bodies of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (further – the CIS) fighting terrorism and other violent manifestations of extremism;

officials – military personnel and the staff of competent authorities of the State Parties of the CIS, replacement positions of the Head of the Center and deputy managers of the Center and appointed by authorized bodies of the CIS on representation of bodies of industry cooperation according to the quotas assigned to them;

employees are military personnel, and also the staff of competent authorities of the State Parties of the CIS serving in the Center;

civil personnel – the citizens of the State Parties of the CIS consisting in employment relationships with the Center according to the legislation of the state of stay;

the directing state – the State Party of the CIS from which competent authorities are affiliated military personnel, and also the staff of competent authorities of the State Parties of the CIS (are sent) to the Center;

the state of stay – the State Party of the CIS in the territory of which the permanent location of the Center is determined;

members of families – the spouse (spouse), minor children and persons which are dependent on officials and the staff of the Center".
