DECISION OF COUNCIL OF HEADS OF STATES OF COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES

About the Anti-terrorist center of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States

(as amended on 27-05-2022)

Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:

1. Approve Regulations on the Anti-terrorist center of the states of members of the Commonwealth of Independent States it (is applied).

2. Establish the number of the Anti-terrorist center of the states of members of the Commonwealth of Independent States (further - the Center) in number of 60 people.

3. Agree with the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States on financial provision of activities of the Anti-terrorist center of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 30, 2000.

4. The decision becomes effective from the date of its signing.

It is made in the city of Minsk on December 1, 2000 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
