About approval of the Regulations on the simplified procedure for acquisition of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic by citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan
For the purpose of implementation of the Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan about the simplified procedure for acquisition of the nationality signed on May 26, 2004 in the city of Dushanbe, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the simplified procedure for acquisition of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic as citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. To the public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide accomplishment of the Regulations on the simplified procedure for acquisition of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic by citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on department of transport, construction, communications and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
