About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the Public treasurer service of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in item 4 of the Regulations on the Public treasurer service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 15, 2015 No. 215 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 33, Art. 964; 2016, No. 98, the Art. 3190), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except paragraph two of item 4 of the changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services".

Changes which are made to item 4 of the Regulations on the Public treasurer service of Ukraine

1. To add the subitem 2 after the paragraph of the sixth with the new paragraph of such content:

"performs on representation of the bodies controlling collection of receipts of the budget, transfer of compensation of part of the amount of penal (financial) sanctions to buyers (consumers) at the expense of the amounts of the penal (financial) sanctions applied by such bodies by results of paid to the government budget performed according to the address or the claim of the buyer (consumer) about violation by the taxpayer of established procedure of carrying out settlement transactions;".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the seventh - to consider the sixteenth respectively paragraphs the eighth - the seventeenth.

2. Add Item with subitem 13-1 of the following content:

"13-1) constitutes consolidated financial statements about general property status and results of activities of subjects of public sector and budgets;".
