WE ORDER:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity concerning production of perfumery and cosmetic products with use of ethyl alcohol (are applied).

2. To management of licensing of Head department of registration and licensing of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and the companies (O. V. Efremov), to Management of licensing and control of production of alcohol and tobacco of Department concerning administration of the excise duty and control of production and the address of excise goods of State Tax Administration of Ukraine (E. V. Yarovaya) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to the chief of Head department of public relations and mass and explanatory work of State Tax Administration of Ukraine Kosarchuk V. P. after state registration of the order the publication it in mass media.
