1. This Instruction determines procedure for functioning of the automated information system of submission of bank information (further - AIS PBI), the rights and obligations of her participants and procedure for their interaction by representation, obtaining and use of bank information.
2. For the purposes of this Instruction following terms are used in the following values:
AIS PBI – complex of the program technical means intended for automation of processes of collection, processing, accumulating, storage, search, representation, receipt of bank information, and also use of such information and its protection;
banks – banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations of the Republic of Belarus, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company;
