Rules of the direction of dactyloscopic information in law-enforcement bodies

1. These rules determine procedure for the direction of the dactyloscopic information obtained by the bodies specified in paragraphs the second, the fourth, sixth and ninth to part one of article 11 of the Federal law "About the State Dactyloscopic Registration in the Russian Federation" (further respectively - the interested bodies, dactyloscopic information), in law-enforcement bodies.

Dactyloscopic information does not go to law-enforcement bodies in the cases specified in part five of article 7 of the Federal law "About the Federal Security Service", in part three of article 8 of the Federal law "About Foreign Intelligence" and in paragraph one of Item 1 of article 17 of the Federal law "About the State Protection".

2. The dactyloscopic information sent to law-enforcement bodies is created according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation together with the interested bodies.
