3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic to make the offer in the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on attraction of special squads to construction of facilities, specified in the State program in a month.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First vice-Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.

- the solution of question of compensation for transfer to the State Border Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of the subjects to residential, welfare and production appointment belonging to legal entities and physical persons.

II. Stages of implementation of the State program

1 stage - 2004-2006 - arrangement of frontier

The first stage assumes:

- increase in number of staff and fitting of bodies and troops of the State Border Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the Development plan for Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the President - the Commander-in-chief of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic on July 1, 2002;
