About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 12, 2015 No. 330 "About enhancement of procedure for import, export and transit through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, and also control of their turnover"
For the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for import, export and transit through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, and also control of their turnover the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 12, 2015 No. 330 "About enhancement of procedure for import, export and transit through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, and also control of their turnover" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2015, No. 11, the Art. 100) according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. A. Abdukhakimov and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. K. Shadmanov.
