About approval of the Regulations on procedure for compulsory national insurance of life and health of judges
According to article 76 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About courts", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 13, 2018 No. UP-5482 "About Measures for Further Enhancement of Judicial System of Law and Increase in Trust to Judicial Bodies", and also for the purpose of ensuring reliable social protection of judges the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for compulsory national insurance of life and health of judges according to appendix.
2. Determine that:
compulsory national insurance of life and health of judges is performed by Uzagrosugurta Joint-stock company;
this resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.
