Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of rendering services of telephone communication approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2014 No. 1342 "About procedure for rendering services of telephone communication" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 51, Art. 7431; 2016, No. 6, Art. 852; 2017, No. 44, Art. 6522).
