About approval of the Regulations on accreditation of child care facilities of residential type, irrespective of the patterns of ownership performing activities for care of children

For the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of accreditation of the subjects rendering services to the children who are in difficult life situation according to articles 26 and 39 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about children, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on accreditation of child care facilities of residential type, irrespective of the patterns of ownership performing activities for care of children according to appendix.

2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on accreditation of the subjects rendering services to the children who are in difficult life situation" of March 23, 2015 No. 140.

3. To the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic to take necessary measures for implementation of this Resolution.

4. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on department of social development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This Resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
