About modification and amendments in Rates of the state fee
In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan" of April 18, 2018 No. ZRU-476 and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 12, 2018 No. PP-3785 "About measures for further enhancement of system of civil registration" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the Rates of the state fee approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 3, 1994 No. 533 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1994, No. 11, the Art. 49) according to appendix.
Determine that the made changes and additions become effective since November 10, 2018.
2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
organize on places seminars for the purpose of explanation of essence and value of this resolution among notaries and other employees of notary offices;
together with National broadcasting company of Uzbekistan, the Uzbek agency on seal and information and other mass media to carry out broad explanatory work among the population about essence and contents of this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov and the Minister of Justice R. K. Davletov.
