About approval of the Technical regulation on energy marking of electric equipment of household purpose

In pursuance of the paragraph of the twenty seventh Item 5 of the work plan on adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the European Union law in 2003 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 27.12.2002 No. 744-r I ORDER:

1. Approve the Technical regulation on energy marking of electric equipment of household purpose it (is applied).

2. To management of legal and normative support of energy saving (Small M.V.) in accordance with the established procedure to approve with the interested central executive bodies the Technical regulation on energy marking of electric equipment of household purpose and its tax within 5 days after approval on state registration in Ministry of Justice.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.

1. General provisions

1.1. The technical regulation on energy marking of electric equipment of household purpose (further - TR) is developed taking into account that:
