About measures for fixing of personnel in power industry
For the purpose of attraction and fixing of personnel at the companies of power industry and according to article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Payment procedure of the monthly allowance for continuous length of service in power industry it (is applied).
2. To Department of Energy in coordination with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Ministry of Finance and with participation of the Central Committee of labor union of workers of power and the electrotechnical industry and the Central Committee of labor union of workers of nuclear power and the industry to develop and approve Regulations on conditions of payment of the monthly allowance for continuous length of service in power industry in a month.

1. This Procedure determines the sizes and conditions of payment of allowances to the tariff charges (official pay rates) for continuous length of service in power industry of personnel of main occupations of the companies of industry of all patterns of ownership.
2. The allowance in power industry is paid to workers of main occupations depending on continuous length of service in industry in such sizes for continuous length of service:
