About approval of the Regulations on procedure for passing of polygraphological research by the candidates applying for substitution of vacant position of the judge of the Supreme Court, Constitutional chamber of the Supreme Court and local courts of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to part 7 of article 35 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of judges of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for passing of polygraphological research as the candidates applying for substitution of vacant position of the judge of the Supreme Court, Constitutional chamber of the Supreme Court and local courts of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. Determine the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic authorized state body for the organization of carrying out polygraphological research by the candidates applying for substitution of vacant position of the judge of the Supreme Court, Constitutional chamber of the Supreme Court and local courts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- take measures for implementation of this Resolution;

- conduct public procurement of services of the polygraphologist for 2018 from means of the special account of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in coordination with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide in the republican budget for 2019 and the next years money for public procurement of services of the polygraphologist.

5. This Resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
