About the trade mission of the Republic of Tajikistan in foreign countries

For the purpose of assistance in implementation of the external economic policy of the country, according to articles 14 and 21 of the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" and article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the trade mission of the Republic of Tajikistan in foreign countries it (is applied).

2. Create under foreign organizations of the Republic of Tajikistan (The Russian Federation, People's Republic of China, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Turkey, the Republic of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan) additional established posts for the trade missions.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan financing of additional established posts for the trade missions at the expense of means of the republican budget.

4. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan together with other ministries and departments to take necessary measures for enhancement of the corresponding regulatory legal acts and adaptation of the legislative measures considering provisions of this resolution.

5. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of September 3, 1998, No. 356 "About approval of the Regulations on the trade mission of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad".
