About approval of the Procedure for restriction of power consumption of consumers to the level of ecological armor of electric utility service or complete cessation of electric utility service by it and introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 31, 1995 No. 705

According to article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for restriction of power consumption of consumers to the level of ecological armor of electric utility service or complete cessation of electric utility service by it (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to help power suppliers and the companies which perform transfer of electrical energy the high-level and local (local) power networks, the State inspectorate for energy supervision of the modes of consumption of electrical and heat energy in fulfillment of requirements of the Procedure approved by this resolution.

3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 31, 1995 No. 705 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for disconnection of consumers from power supply sources" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, No. 1, the Art. 25) the following changes:

to exclude Item 2 of the resolution;

in the Provision approved by the specified resolution:

in Item 1 of the word of "the heat and electric power" shall be replaced with words "heat energy (further - energy)";
