1. Based on the subitem 3 of Item 2 of Article 39, Items 1 and 2 of Article 54 and subitem 5 of Item 2 of article 55 of the Federal Law of November 29, 2001 No. 156-FZ "About investment funds" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 49, Art. 4562; 2. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication <1>.

The reporting is constituted and it is represented in the Bank of Russia according to this Instruction starting with the reporting for the accounting period in which this Instruction becomes effective.
3. From the date of entry into force of this Instruction to declare invalid the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of March 24, 2017 No. 4323-U "About forms, procedure and terms of creation and submission to the Bank of Russia of reports by joint-stock investment funds, managing companies of investment funds, mutual investment funds and non-state pension funds", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on July 6, 2017 No. 47322.

1. The report on form 0420501 "General information about managing company" (further - general information about managing company) is constituted by managing company of investment funds, mutual investment funds and non-state pension funds (further - the managing company) since calendar month in which the license for activities of managing company is provided to it, before the calendar month preceding month in which it is cancelled (terminated) the corresponding license.
General information about managing company is constituted on reporting date by means of forming of indicators taking into account the general provisions to creation of the reporting provided by Items 3, 13 - 21 appendices 2 to this Instruction.
For the purpose of creation of general information about managing company the reporting date is understood as the last calendar day of reporting calendar month.
2. On Section I indicators "Details of managing company" are reflected the data corresponding to the data specified in constituent documents of managing company, the certificate on registration in tax authority of the legal entity, the certificate on state registration of the legal entity namely:
on indicator "Full name of managing company" (line 1) - the name of managing company in full accordance with constituent documents of the organization;
on indicator "The Primary State Registration Number (PSRN) of managing company" (line 2) - the primary state registration number (PSRN) of managing company according to the certificate on state registration of the legal entity;
on indicator "The Identification Taxpayer Number (ITN) of managing company" (line 3) - the identification taxpayer number (ITN) of managing company according to the certificate on registration of the legal entity in tax authority;
on indicator "License number of managing company" (line 4) - license number on implementation of activities of managing company;
on indicator "Date of provision of the license of managing company on implementation of the related activity" (line 5) - date of provision of license for activities of managing company;
on indicator "Location" (line 6) - the place of state registration of the legal entity specified in its constituent documents;
on indicators "The address for the direction of post correspondence" (line 7), "Phone numbers" (line 8), "Numbers of faxes" (line 9) and "E-mail addresses" (line 10) - the relevant contact information of managing company - the address for the direction of post correspondence, phone numbers and faxes, the e-mail address of managing company;
on indicator "The website address on the Internet (line 11) - addresses of all official sites belonging to managing company on the Internet;
on indicator "The address of the actual finding of managing company" (line 12) - the address of the actual finding of managing company - the main place of conducting activities of managing company based on license for activities on management of investment funds, mutual investment funds and non-state pension funds.
3. On Section II indicators of "Data on separate divisions of managing company" the following data on all separate divisions of managing company are reflected irrespective of, they perform activities or not:
on indicator "Full name of separate division" (line 13) - full name of separate division of managing company according to its constituent documents;
on indicator "Date of opening" (line 14) - date of opening of separate division of managing company;
on indicator "Type" (line 15) - type of separate division of managing company (representation or branch);
on indicator "Location" (the line 16) is specified the location (address) of separate division specified in constituent documents of managing company;
on indicator "Phone numbers" (line 17) - phone numbers - up-to-date contact information of separate division of managing company;
on indicator "The performed functions" (line 18) - the functions performed by separate division of managing company;
on indicator "The address of the actual finding of the isolated structural division of managing company" (line 19) - the actual address of separate division of managing company.
4. On Section III indicators of "The data on employees of managing company" (further - the Section III) the information about the following employees of managing company separately is reflected:
workers (without separate divisions) (the head - lines 20 - 25, 31 both 36, the controller (head of internal control) and service of internal control - lines 20 - 25, 31, 35 and 39, the special official of managing company responsible for implementation of rules of internal control for the purpose of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to financing of terrorism (POD/FT) - lines 20 - 27 and 31, the chief accountant - lines 20 - 25 and 31, the legal entity (individual entrepreneur) with whom the contract for conducting financial accounting is signed, - lines 28, 30 - 34, general information about workers - lines 36 - 38);
employees of separate division (the head - lines 20 - 25 both 31, the controller (head of internal control) and service of internal control - lines 20 - 25, 31, 35 and 39, general information about workers - lines 36 - 38).
Indicators about employees of separate division are reflected by each separate division (by group of analytical signs "The identifier of division").
In case of temporary absence of the workers holding the positions listed in the Section III the information about persons designated by the acting as such workers as of the end of the accounting period is specified.
On indicator "Identification Taxpayer Number (ITN)" (the line 31) is specified the identification taxpayer number (ITN) of physical person, in case of absence at physical person of the identification taxpayer number (ITN) two-digit value like the identifier of information about the physical person who depending on the document identifying physical person matters according to the list, the installed application 4 to the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of November 12, 2013 No. 107n "About approval of Rules of specifying of information in details of orders on money transfer on account of payments in budget system of the Russian Federation", to No. registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 30, 2013 30913, on December 2, 2014 No. 35053, on November 27, 2015 No. 39883, on April 13, 2017 No. 46369 is specified. In this case are also specified series (in the presence) and document number, the physical person proving the identity.
On indicator "Higher education" (line 25) data on availability of the higher education with indication of specialty, type, number and document date confirming its availability (in the presence) are specified.
On indicator "Training in the program of training for the purpose of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to financing of terrorism (POD/FT) (document details)" (line 26) details of the document confirming training for the purpose of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to financing of terrorism in case of passing of such training in the accounting period are specified.
On indicator "The work experience connected with fulfillment of duties according to the program of training for the purpose of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to financing of terrorism (POD/FT)" (line 27) the work periods on the positions connected with fulfillment of duties on counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and terrorism financing with indication of positions and names of the organizations are specified (in the presence of such data).
If conducting financial accounting is assigned to the chief accountant of managing company or other official of managing company or if the contract for conducting financial accounting is signed with physical person, concerning this physical person data on indicators "The name of position according to the staff list of the organization" (line 20), "Date of position assignment" (line 21), "Surname, name, middle name (in the presence of the last)" are specified (line 22), "Identification Taxpayer Number (ITN)" (line 31), "Series (in the presence) and document number, the physical person proving the identity" (line 23), "Data on all available competence certificates of the specialist of the financial market (qualification, series, number, date of issue)" (line 24).
If the contract for conducting financial accounting is signed with the legal entity (individual entrepreneur), concerning such legal entity (individual entrepreneur) data on indicators "Full name (surname, name, middle name (in the presence of the last)" (line 28), "Identification Taxpayer Number (ITN)" (line 31), "The Primary State Registration Number (PSRN) (the primary state registration number of the individual entrepreneur (PSRNIE)" (line 30), "The location (residence)" are specified (line 34), "Agreement number" (line 32), "Date of the agreement" (line 33).
5. On Section V indicators "Data on mutual investment funds, trust management of which is exercised by managing company" are specified:
on indicator "Code under the All-Russian Classifier of Enterprises and Organizations (RCBO)" (line 45) - code under the All-Russian Classifier of Enterprises and Organizations (RCBO) of mutual investment fund (if it is appropriated);
on indicator "Category" (line 47) - category of mutual investment fund;
on indicator "The status of mutual investment fund" (line 49) - the status of mutual investment fund (in forming stage, completed the formation, in termination stage).
6. On Section VII indicators "Data on the joint-stock investment funds which delivered investment reserves in trust management of managing company" are specified:
on indicator "Code under the All-Russian Classifier of Enterprises and Organizations (RCBO)" (line 54) - code under the All-Russian Classifier of Enterprises and Organizations (RCBO) of joint-stock investment fund;
on indicator "Category" (line 55) - category of joint-stock investment fund.
7. On Section VIII indicators "Data on implementation of investment of means of pension accruals by managing company for financing of payment of funded pension based on the contract with the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation" are specified:
on indicator "Agreement number" (line 57) - agreement number of managing company with the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation based on which investment is performed;
on indicator "Date of the agreement" (line 58) - date of the contract of managing company with the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation based on which investment is performed.
8. On Section IX indicators "Data on the non-state pension funds placing means of pension reserves and (or) investing means of pension accruals through managing company" are specified:
