About formation of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 10, 2018 183, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:

1. Form Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic by allocation of structure of National guard of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the state committee on cases of defense of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to transfer to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic the corresponding states, documentation, buildings, constructions, material means and other property of Internal troops at the expense of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic which are earlier transferred to National guard.

3. Form the commission on holding the actions connected with reorganization of National guard of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic in structure according to appendix.

4. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State committee on cases of defense of the Kyrgyz Republic and National guard of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time:

- submit the separation balance sheet for approval of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- take other measures following from this Resolution.
