1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for conducting examination of products of foreign mass media regarding compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);

The regulations on the commission on conducting examination of products of foreign mass media regarding compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).

2. Make changes and addition to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in Regulations on the approval procedure on distribution of products of foreign mass media approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 2, 2008 No. 1849 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 291, 5/28861; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.01. 2014, 5/38224; 25.06. 2015, 5/40690):

in Item 3:

in part one:

to exclude words of "one (several)";
