I ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of 16.08.2000 N178 "About Application of Provisional Anti-dumping Measures of Rather Export Electrical Supplies to Bulgaria, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Poland, Romania, the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic and Hungarian Republic" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.09.2000 for N629/4850.
2. Apply final anti-dumping measures of rather export electrical supplies to the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Poland, Romania, the Slovak Republic, Czech Republic and Hungarian Republic on the conditions determined by the decision of the Interdepartmental commission.
3. According to the decision of the Interdepartmental commission:
3.1. The rate of final anti-dumping duty is advalerny and percent 53,6 from the cost of export electrical supplies to the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Poland, Romania, the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic and the Hungarian Republic is equal (further - the countries of export).
