1. Approve Rules of retail trade and provision of services on supply of the liquefied carbohydrate gas for household requirements of the population and other consumers which are applied.

2. To Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Public service on emergency situations, Public service concerning work, Public service on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections, to the Department of Energy and environment protection, the State ecological inspection to provide in limits of the powers implementation of constant control behind accomplishment of the Rules approved by this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.

1.
