1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources on realization from October 24, 2018 to October 1, 2020 by Public service of geology and subsoil of the pilot project on implementation of holding auctions for sale of special permissions to use of natural resources by the electronic biddings (further - the pilot project).
2. Approve the Temporary procedure for implementation of the pilot project on implementation of holding auctions for sale of special permissions to use of natural resources by the electronic biddings which is applied.
3. Bring in the Procedure for provision of special permissions to use of natural resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 30, 2011 No. 615 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 45, Art. 1832; 2012, No. 30, Art. 1116, No. 81, Art. 3283; 2016, No. 30, Art. 1208; 2017, No. 60, Art. 1827; 2018, No. 49, the Art. 1706), changes which are applied.
4. To submit to public service of geology and subsoil by results of implementation of the pilot project till July 1, 2020 proposals concerning feasibility of further holding auctions for sale of special permissions to use of natural resources by the electronic biddings on permanent basis.
