About introduction of amendments to the joint order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 27, 2017 No. 463 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2017 No. 285 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree and checking sheets in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population"
WE ORDER:
1. Bring in the joint order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 27, 2017 No. 463 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2017 No. 285 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree and checking sheets in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15512, it is published on September 6, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes:
1) in the Criteria for evaluation of risk degree in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population approved by the specified order:
exclude Item 2;
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. Subjects (objects) of control and supervision are distributed on two risk degrees: high with indication of frequency of checks and not carried to high according to appendix 1 to these Criteria (further - appendix 1).";
exclude Item 7;
state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. Concerning subjects (objects) which are not carried to high risk only unscheduled inspections are carried out.";
state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. If at subject (object) sanitary and epidemiologic audit is booked and the audit report with conclusions on compliance is provided, then the subject (object) is exempted from checks for the term of no more than 12 months.";
1) of Item 15 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) it is exempted from special procedure for conducting checks based on semi-annual schedules the next half-year established in criteria for evaluation of risk degree of regulatory state agency - in case of exponent of risk from 0 to 60;";

2. To committee of protection of public health of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type, in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
4) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tsoi A. V.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
