About approval of lists of positions and specialties of personnel for operation of nuclear installations which preparation is subject to licensing, and positions of personnel which directly exercise control of reactor installation

According to articles 7 and 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About allowing activities in the field of use of nuclear energy" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Claim such that are applied:

the list of positions and specialties of personnel for operation of nuclear installations which preparation is subject to licensing;

the list of positions of personnel which directly exercises control of reactor installation.

2. Authorize the State committee of nuclear regulation to perform licensing of training of personnel for operation of nuclear installation.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 22, 1996 N 551 "About approval of the list of positions of personnel for operation of nuclear installations on which preparation the license of the Main state inspectorate for supervision of nuclear safety of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment and nuclear safety" (is necessary for the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, N 12, to the Art. 342);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 22, 1996 N997 "About Recognition of Direct Management of Reactor Installation of the NPP of Separate Type of Activity" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, N 17, the Art. 461).
