About entering of amendments into the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 8, 1996 No. 9 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application of excise stamps in the Kyrgyz Republic on production, import and realization of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages"

For the purpose of strengthening of fight against smuggling and illegal realization of tobacco products, and also for the purpose of more successful implementation of excise stamps on tobacco products the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Make the following additions to Regulations on procedure for application of excise stamps in the Kyrgyz Republic on the production, import and realization of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages approved by the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 8, 1996 No. 9 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application of excise stamps in the Kyrgyz Republic on production, import and realization of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages":

Add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Since February 1, 1997 on the tobacco products having extra cellophane packing on pack, the sticker of excise stamps is made without fail under cellophane packaging";

in Item 14:

- after words: "on excise terminals" to add with words: "except for tobacco products which have cellophane covering and are imported into the Kyrgyz Republic since February 1, 1997";

- add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"Import to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the tobacco products having extra cellophane packing and which are not designated by excise stamp of certain sample in the established place under cellophane packaging is forbidden since February 1, 1997";

add Item 16 with the paragraph of the following content:
