About approval of the Strategy of development for industry of information technologies and digital innovative ecosystem for 2018-2023 and the Action plan on its realization

For the purpose of creation of conditions for increase in competitiveness, diversification of industry of information technologies and its orientation to digital innovations in all sectors of economy the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1) the Strategy of development for industry of information technologies and digital innovative ecosystem for 2018-2023 according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Action plan on strategy implementation of development of industry of information technologies and digital innovative ecosystem for 2018-2023 according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the ministries, other central administrative authorities responsible for strategy implementation of development of industry of information technologies and digital innovative ecosystem for 2018-2023:

1) to take proper measures on accomplishment of provisions of Strategy;

To inform 2) annually, till March 1, the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure on Strategy accomplishment.

3. To the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure represent to the Government annually, till March 31, the report on strategy implementation.

4. To impose coordinating and control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure.

5. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 254/2015 about approval of Strategy of increase in competitiveness of the industry of information technologies for 2015-2021. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 124-130, 291).
