Bring in the Procedure for carrying out competitive selection of projects of regional development which can be implemented at the expense of the means of the government budget received from the European Union, No. 827 "Some questions of financing of programs and projects of regional development" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 16, 2016 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 92, by Art. 3001; 2017, No. 101, the Art. 3115), changes which are applied.

1. The paragraph one of Item 3 to state in the following edition:
"3. In this Procedure as the term "project orderer" it is understood central or local executive body; local government bodies and All-Ukrainian associations founded by them; the state, utility company, organization or the organization which belong to the sphere of management central or local executive body, being in management of local government body or based by them and determined by such body responsible for preparation and project implementation, accomplishment of functions of the customer of construction.".
