Some questions of financing of programs and projects of regional development

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Assign to the Ministry of development of communities and territories of power of accomplishment of the tasks determined by the Agreement on financing of the Program of support of sectoral policy - Support of regional policy of Ukraine.

2. According to part six of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to transfer the budget settings provided in 2016 in special fund of the government budget to the Ministry of Finance according to the program 3511650 "Program implementation of the help of the European Union" in the amount of 652 500 thousand hryvnias received from the European Union within agreement performance about financing of the Program of support of sectoral policy - Support of regional policy of Ukraine, to the Ministry of development of communities and territories for implementation of actions for support of realization of reforms in the field of regional development and assistance of decentralization of the power.

To perform transfer of budget settings within the means which arrived from the European Union in special fund of the government budget.

3. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for support of regional policy;

Procedure for carrying out competitive selection of projects of regional development which can be implemented at the expense of the means of the government budget received from the European Union.

4. Provide:

1) to the Ministry of development of communities and territories - approval of transfer of budget settings, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

2) after the specified approval:

To the Ministry of Finance - determination of the budget program and entering of corresponding changes into list of the government budget;
