In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 of N1729 "About Procedure for Providing Industries of National Economy and the Population with Natural Gas", being guided by the Regulations on the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 14, 2000 N598/2000, for the purpose of increase in reliability of gas supply of consumers of Ukraine
I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for creation of safety stock of natural gas in natural and cash forms it (is applied).
2. To the Deputy State secretary of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine - the chairman of the board of the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine Boyko Yu. A. provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. Enact the order in 10-day time after its state registration.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy State secretary of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy Ukrainypredsedatel of board of the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine of Boyko Yu. A.
