1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of August 05, 2002 No. 469 "About approval of the Procedure for creation of safety stock of natural gas in natural and cash forms", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 25, 2003 for No. 157/7478.
2. To provide to department concerning production of traditional and alternative types of fuel submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff to Makukh V. O.
