About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 22, 2003 No. 294 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application of brands of the excise duty in the Kyrgyz Republic on production, import and realization of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products"

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for application of brands of the excise duty in the Kyrgyz Republic on the production, import and realization of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products approved by the above-stated Resolution, the following changes and amendment:

- in Item 1.8 of the word "Committee on the income under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Committee on the income)" shall be replaced with words "The state committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on taxes and fees (further - Goskomnalogov)";

- in all text of the Provision of the word "Committee on the Income" to replace with the word "Goskomnalogov" in the corresponding cases;

- to add Item 1.12 after words of "this provision" with words ", and also on the purposes determined by decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on taxes and fees.
