1. Approve Regulations on qualification and registration of assemblers of coppers, furnaces or fire chambers on biomass, photovoltaic and thermal solar systems, low-deep geothermal systems and thermal pumps it (is applied).

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Department of Energy.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 6 months from the date of publication.
