According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 11, 2018 the No. UP-5409 "About Measures for Further Reducing and Simplification of Licensed and Allowing Procedures in the field of Business Activity, and also to Improvement of Conditions of Business" Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes to Regulations on procedure for licensing of pharmaceutical activities, except retail sale of medicines and products of medical appointment, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 12, 2017 No. 284 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017 No. 5 of the Art. 71) according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. A. Abdukhakimov and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. K. Shadmanov.
