Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 7, 2017 No. 399 "About approval of criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in the field of town planning is estimated and frequency of holding planned actions of the state supervision (control) of the state architectural construction supervision by bodies is determined" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 49, the Art. 1520).
