2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of the organization of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance in organizations of criminal executive system

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of the organization of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance in organizations of criminal executive system (further - Rules) determine procedure for the organization of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance in organizations of criminal executive system.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) disinfection - complex of the special events directed to destruction of causative agents of infectious and parasitic diseases in the external environment;

2) dekretirovanny national group - the persons working in the field of servicing of the population and constituting the greatest danger to infection of surrounding people with infectious and parasitic diseases;

3) infectious and parasitic diseases - diseases of the person which emergence and distribution is caused by impact on it biological factors of the habitat and possibility of transfer of disease from the sick person, animal to the healthy person;

4) production supervision - complex of actions, including laboratory researches and testing of the made products, the works and services which are carried out by the individual entrepreneur or the legal entity, aimed at safety and (or) harmlessness for the person and the habitat;

5) the retrospective epidemiological analysis - the analysis of level, structure and dynamics of infectious incidence for long prior period for the purpose of reasons for advance planning of anti-epidemic actions;

6) the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance - activities of bodies of sanitary and epidemiologic service for the prevention, identification, suppression of violations of the law in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population in organizations of criminal executive system, and also control of observance of regulatory legal acts in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population and hygienic standard rates for the purpose of health protection, the habitat of convicts and investigative arrested, safety of products, processes and services;
