About entering of amendments into the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2008 No. 369

According to article 169 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, Article 345 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. No. 369 "About especially important objects" to add Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2008 with subitems 38 and 39 of the following content:

"38) the Construction of comprehensive school on 630 student places near Spitamen Sughd area;

39) the Construction of medical complex near Kubodiyon of Khatlon Region on 200 beds.".

2. Approve the list and quantity of the construction materials and oborudovaniye imported by the Republic of Uzbekistan (the general contractor and subcontractor of construction of this state) on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan for construction of comprehensive school near Spitamen of the Sughd area and improving complex near Kubodiyon of Khatlon Region exempted from the value added tax and customs duty (appendix 1).

3. Approve the list and the number of the equipment and the oborudovaniye imported in temporary import regime by the Republic of Uzbekistan (the general contractor and subcontractor of construction of this state) on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan for construction of comprehensive school near Spitamen of the Sughd area and improving complex near Kubodiyon of Khatlon Region exempted from customs payments (appendix 2).

4. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service customs clearance and goods control, especially important objects imported for construction.
