Approve lists of production processing equipment and products imported into the Republic of Tajikistan by Talko Fluorite limited liability company for construction of the companies for production and conversion of ores of fields of Kaznok fluorite of Ayninsky district and the Maykhura tungsten of Varzobsky district exempted from the tax discharge on value added and customs duty (appendices 1 and 2).

3. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service customs clearance and goods control, especially important objects imported for construction.
