About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1345 of November 30, 2007

In the Order of the Government No. 1345 of November 30, 2007. "About provision of privileges to young specialists with medical and pharmaceutical education" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 188-191, 1386) to make the following changes and additions:

1) in all text of the word "Ministry of Health" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in the corresponding case;

2) in appendix:

a) in Item 3 the subitem b) to state in the following edition:

"b) the lump-sum allowance in the amount of 45 thousand lei for doctors and druggists and 36 thousand lei for average medical and pharmaceutical personnel paid three equal by installments on 15 thousand lei and, respectively, 12 thousand lei after the first month of work and in the subsequent ambassador of every year of work";

b) add item 4 with the following text at the end: "To the young specialists employed in the rural zone before entry into force of the changes made by the Law No. 103 of June 9, 2017 on introduction of amendments to article 11 of the Law No. 411-XIII of March 28, 1995 on health protection recalculation of lump-sum allowance at the end of the third year of work will be made";

c) in Item 5:
