About modification of the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors which are subject to control in the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 9, 2007 No. 543

In pursuance of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About enforcement of the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses, the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Penitentiary code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of amnesty and procedure for its application", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors which are subject to control in the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 9, 2007 No. 543 the following changes:

1) in Item 1:

- the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-the sizes of drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogs which illicit trafficking attracts responsibility according to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses and the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (appendix No. 4);";

- add with paragraphs the eighth and ninth the following content:

"-the sizes of precursors which illicit trafficking attracts responsibility according to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses and Criminal the kodeksomkyrgyzsky Republic (appendix No. 7);

- the sizes of the plants containing drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors which illicit trafficking attracts responsibility according to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses and the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (appendix No. 8).";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 3 of the word "in Article 161" "in Article 153";

To "Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic on control of drugs" shall be replaced with words 3) in Item 7 of the word to "The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic";

4) in Item 8 of the word "Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic on Control of Drugs" shall be replaced with words "department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic";

Appendix No. 4 to the above-stated Resolution to state 5) in edition according to appendix 1 to this Resolution;

To add 6) with appendices No. 7 and 8 in edition according to appendix 2 to this Resolution;

7) in national lists (list) of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors which are subject to control in the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-stated Resolution:

in the List of drugs No. I - the drugs which are constituting special peril because of especially harmful effects to which can lead abuse of them, and being of interest from the point of view of use in the medical purposes:

- third Item 75 after the words "in powder" to add the paragraph with words ", containing 10% and more morphine";

- declare Item 108 invalid;

- add with Items 109-132 of the following content:
