Decides:

1. Approve:

- Regulations on means of the budgetary institutions accumulated on special accounts in system of the single treasurer account according to appendix 1;

- Regulations on means of the budgetary institutions accumulated on deposit accounts in system of the single treasurer account according to appendix 2.

2. Recognize to invalid:

- The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About special means and the deposit amounts of the organizations consisting on the government budget of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 28, 2000 No. 531;

- The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About increase in special means on the ministries, the state committees and administrative departments and other budgetary institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2000" of October 30, 2000 No. 643;
