1. Approve enclosed:

the document form about payment of customs duties, taxes concerning goods for private use which customs declaring is performed with use of the passenger customs declaration for express loads;

Procedure for filling of the document on payment of customs duties, taxes concerning goods for private use which customs declaring is performed with use of the passenger customs declaration for express loads;

Procedure for modification (amendments) of the document on payment of customs duties, taxes concerning goods for private use which customs declaring is performed with use of the passenger customs declaration for express loads.
