Being guided by Item 6 of the Mechanism of collection of the collection in the form of the target allowance to applicable fare on electrical and heat energy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 24, 2003 N 2002, and article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Tax Service in Ukraine"

I ORDER:

1. Approve form of calculation of collection in the form of the target allowance to applicable fare on electrical and heat energy (further - calculation form) for the State company "Energorynok" and calculation form for legal entities - electric power producers which is on sale out of the wholesale market of electrical energy and heat energy (are applied).

2. To department of methodology (Pikhotsky V. F.):

2.1. Submit this order on approval to Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning finance and banking activity;

2.2. After approval of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning finance and banking activity to submit this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman Mokriyev V. M.
