About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on article 8 of the Law on mail service No. 36/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 114-122, 255) DECIDES: the Government

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 1457/2016 about approval of Rules of rendering post services (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 24-29, 46) to make the following changes:

1) changes are made only in the text in state language;

2) in Item 2:

a) after the concept "receiver" to add with the concept "document" of the following content:

"the document - the letter, the postal parcel or the EMS mail consisting of any the written, drawn, printing or digital data carrier, except for goods products";

b) changes are made only in the text in state language;

c) after the concept "stamp" to add with the concept "goods" of the following content:
