The first offer of the paragraph of the fifth Section "Problem Which Requires the Solution" of the Concept of introduction of positions of specialists in questions of reforms approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 11, 2016 No. 905 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 99, Art. 3233; 2017, No. 70, to the Art. 2128) to state in the following edition: "Until the end of 2018 it is provided to enter and fill 700 positions of specialists in questions of reforms, by the end of 2019 - 2500 positions, by the end of 2020 - 3000 positions.".
