About reorganization of Fund of the Problem Credits joint-stock company and "The Company on Rehabilitation and Asset Management" joint-stock company

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize Fund of the Problem Credits joint-stock company by accession of "The Company on Rehabilitation and Asset Management" joint-stock company to it.

2. Determine types of activity of Fund of the Problem Credits joint-stock company:

1) improvement of quality of credit portfolios of banks of the second level;

2) implementation of actions for return of the credits issued to the national Rehabilitation bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan from means of the republican budget and National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) collection in the republican budget of credit debt, earlier issued at the expense of means of the republican budget, and also to the funds allocated for obligation fulfillment on the state guarantees of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) servicing of the loans guaranteed by the state and state loans;

5) collection of receivables;

6) participation in rehabilitation procedures;

7) realization of the property pledged by the taxpayer (tax agent) and (or) the third party, and also limited at the disposal of property of the taxpayer (tax agent), the payer and (or) goods detained by bodies of state revenues.

3. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
