About modification and recognition voided some Orders of the Government

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law on the Government No. 136/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412) and for the purpose of execution of provisions of the Resolution of Parliament No. 189/2017 on approval of the list of the ministries (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 265-273, 444) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 2.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

1.
